Pressure and Helium Testing

Our associate Hydro Bond Eng. own, operate and maintain certification fora full in house pressure testing.

Pressure test is carried out by currently three hydrostatic test vessels rated to the following depths:

– Vessel one to 140 ata
– Vessel two to 224 ata
– Vessel three to 690 ata

Helium / Air leak pressure testing in our certified equipment to 140 ata.

Oil pressure testing in our certified equipment to 690 ata.

All vessels are provided with pressure penetrator access ports that allow optical and electrical testing while at pressure. Customer specified tests can be carried out with programmed multiple pressurise, hold and vent cycle combinations over a specified time. Full chart recording are of course available. Standard certificate of conformity is issued.
