HDM Connector rangeThe HDM series is an underwater connector designed for ROV comms module applications, hydraulic power unit (HPU) applications, optical fibre paths for comms or video, coaxial paths for video or combinations of all above. Rated up to 6.000 MSW to meet most ocean floor applications.

The HDM Series electrical connector from Hydro Bond Eng. are marine renewables industry proven and they have developed shell sizes and pin configuration up to 11.1 kV at 320 Amps current rating. Partial Discharge technology is also used in our termination process to assure continuity and insulation resistance of the connection in long life subsea applications.

-Hard gold plated contacts and multi leaved sprung sockets for positive connection.
-Optional cost effective pressure sealing caps.
-Voltage ratings up to 11.1 kV RMS. Current ratings up to 320 Amps.
-Standard and reverse gender configurations available.
-Standard material is 316 Stainless Steel and Titanium, Aluminium Silicone Bronze, Nickel Aluminium Bronze etc. on request. -Non Magnetic versions available.
-1 metre conductor tails on all bulkhead connectors as standard.
-Optional earth bonding.
-Termination options include fully water blocked, mechanical strain terminations and oil filled options.
-Moulding options include Polyurethane and Polyethylene.
